The LIDER Dual Tech Fan & Light Switch seamlessly integrates a humidity sensor for fan control and a PIR motion sensor for lighting control. This combined unit effortlessly maintains optimal indoor humidity levels, while the PIR motion sensor provides hands-free convenience for users.

The automatic humidity sensor creates a fresher environment by initiating fan operation on an hourly basis to enhance indoor air quality. When the manual controls are not in use, the timer automatically turns the system on and off on a schedule. Users can also manually turn the fans on, and the system will shut off after a pre-selected amount of time.

The device offers both occupancy and vacancy modes. In occupancy mode, the system automatically turns on and off based on detected motion. In vacancy mode, the system requires manual activation and will automatically turn off.

No neutral wire is required, making this switch ideal for homes built before the mid-80s. The device is ground-wire required and suitable for areas with poor ventilation, such as rooms with narrow or non-operable windows, and residential basements in high-humidity regions.

LIDER sensor wall switches are energy-efficient, as they detect motion to automatically turn lights on and off based on occupancy or vacancy, and they turn on the fan accordingly based on humidity levels, automatically shutting it off when the desired condition is met. The device uses advanced dual technology, incorporating a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor to reduce false triggers from unwanted movements, and a humidity sensor with three programmable settings: high, medium, or low sensitivity.

The LIDER motion sensor light switch can be set to either occupancy sensor mode (Auto ON, Auto OFF) or vacancy sensor mode (Manual ON, Auto OFF), allowing users to customize the sensor to their needs. The humidity sensor has automatic humidity detection (Auto ON, Auto OFF), but can also be manually overridden.

Designed with safety in mind, the LIDER humidity switches are UL-listed and have a 600 square feet max PIR coverage area. They require a ground wire, but no neutral wire, and are suitable for use with copper wires only, operating at 120VAC, 60Hz.
